Adaugati jumatate din cantitatea de frisca si amestecati in continuare. Puneti zaharul in cesti (patru portii), iar apoi turnati cafeaua si amestecati. Afla cum sa transformi acesta rutina intr-o adevarata desfatare, invatand trei retete noi de de preparare a cafelei.Caffee FrapeSuntem deja familializati cu acesta specialitate de cafea, din baruri si restaurante. Afla cum ti-o poti prepara acasa, pe gustul tau.Ingrediente1/2 cana cafea foarte tare de filtru (sau ibric) racita 4 cuburi de gheata Frisca sau lapte, dupa gust 2 lingurite de zahar 1/2 lingurita vanilieSe dizolva zaharul si vanilia in cafea, apoi se toarna intr-un shaker de cocktailuri. Se adauga laptele sau frisca si cuburile de gheata. Se amesteca cu shakerul timp de 3 minute, apoi se serveste.Cafea acidulataPoate ca acesta denumire vi se pare ciudata, dar de ce nu ati aduga un pic de acid cafelei de toate zilele?Ingrediente:3 lingurite cafea instant O cana de suc acidulat ce contine caramel (coca-cola, pepsi, american cola) 3 cuburi de gheata 2 lingurite de zaharFrecati cafeaua instant si zaharul cu suc pana obtineti o spuma. <description><![CDATA[Ingrediente si cantitati: 3/4 l lapte, 3 dl cafea concentrata, 300 g. zahar, 300 g frisca, vanilie.Mod de preparare: Spre deosebire de inghetata de cafea, aceasta nu este decat o cafea cu lapte obisnuita, pusa in vas sa inghete si servita mult mai moale decat celelalte inghetate.Se fac la filtru trei decilitri de cafea concentrata. Se fierbe laptele cu putina vanilie (dupa dorinta). Se da la o parte. Se adauga cafeaua si zaharul si se amesteca pana ce se topeste zaharul. Dupa ce s-a racit bine, se adauga frisca proaspata, nebatuta. Se pune compozitia in vas si se amesteca. Se serveste indata ce este gata, in cesti sau in pahare, punand deasupra putina frisca batuta cu zahar.]]></description>

Ingrediente si cantitati: 1 jumatate de ceasca cu gheata pisata 2 cescute espresso 4 lingurite de ciocolata fierbinte 3 lingurite zahar Frisca 2 cescute lapte 1 lingurita vanilie Mod de preparare: Mai intai, amestecati cele 2 cescute de espresso cu laptele. Cand formati un amestec uniform, adaugati zaharul si ciocolata praf si dizolvati-le in compozitie. Adaugati lingurita de vanilie si o cescuta frisca, apoi gheata pisata. Amestecati pentru cca 30 de secunde, apoi turnati bautura in pahare mari, lasand loc si pentru frisca cu care se va orna.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Multa lume este de acord ca imbinarea cafelei cu ciocolata are un rezultat absolut delcios, insa este mai putin cunoscut faptul ca esenta de menta confera &quot;potiunii magice&quot; mai multa savoare. Ingrediente si cantitati: 1/3 ceasca de cafea macinata 1 lingurita praf de ciocolata 1/2 lingurita extract de menta1/2 lingurita extract de vanilie frisca pentru ornat Mod de preparare:Amestecati toate ingredientele si le puneti in filtrul de cafea, la care adaugati 6 cesti de apa. Cafeaua se serveste calda, ornata cu frisca si cu un bob de cafea nemacinata.]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[Shake de espresso]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Cheia prepararii unui shake delicios de espresso este chiar un espresso foarte reusit. Daca la aceasta reteta se va folosi cafea instant, shake-ul nu va mai fi atat de gustos.Preparati un espresso normal si lasati-l la racit. Apoi, peste acesta turnati putina apa foarte rece, sau chiar gheata pisata. Varsati totul intr-un shaker, si apoi adaugati o jumatate de cescuta de lapte rece si 2 lingurite de cognac. Amestecati compozitia timp de doua minute, apoi turnati-o in pahare de sampanie sau martini. Ornati cu cateva boabe de cafea.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Eskimocha este o combinatie delicioasa din care rezulta o cafea irezistibila, insa rece...Ingrediente si cantitati:2.5 ceasca de cafea, putin mai tare decat o prepari de obicei2/3 ceasca lapte1.5 lingurita de zahar5 lingurite de sirop de ciocolata1/4 lingurita de chimenMod de preparare:Pune cafeaua intr-un vas, apoi in frigider, pana ingheata. Odata ce a inghetat, adauga laptele (la temperatura camerei), siropul de ciocolata, zaharul si chimenul intr-un shaker si amesteca 2-3 minute. Se serveste in cani mari.]]></description>
